RZDCX DICOM SDK is replaced by MODALIZER-SDK

Following the release of MODALIZER-SDK, HRZ will no longer sell RZDCX licenses online.

If you use RZDCX in your product, we strongly recommend upgrading your code to use MODALIZER-SDK.

The last release of RZDCX is 2.1.0.5.

HRZ keeps this version in maintenance mode for customers with active DevPack support plan.
